Founded in 1992 by the economic development initiatives of the Manitoba Métis Federation (MMF), Louis Riel Capital Corporation (LRCC), the staff and board at LRCC understand that successful businesses don't "just happen". Our team members have extensive practical experience and backgrounds in business research, business knowledge, and commercial lending.

We are here to help you build on your idea, assisting with the development of your business plan, and the financing of your project. Once you are past the start-up, you may still need assistance and we can continue to provide ongoing support as needed.

MMF First Time Home Purchase Program (FTHPP)

This Investment in a Housing program for Red River Métis in Manitoba will provide funding by way of a grant for the purchase of affordable housing for first time home buyers.

Red River Métis Personal Loan Program

Interest bearing loan up to $40,000 plus a loan set up fee. It is available to Red River Métis Citizens who meet the general eligibility requirements.
