Start Smart: A Workshop for Young Entrepreneurs

Discover how Louis Riel Capital Corporation's Youth Entrepreneurship Program can help you turn your business idea into reality! We'll explore what it takes to start a business, including business readiness, the benefits and challenges of entrepreneurship, choosing the right business structure, and the basics of business planning.

Whether you're just starting to explore an idea or you're ready to take the next step, this workshop will answer many of your questions and help you build confidence on your entrepreneurial journey.

NOTES:

• This event is open to all Red River Métis Youth aged 18 - 29 years who have a valid Manitoba Métis Federation Citizenship Card. Subject to verification upon registration.
• All attendees will be entered to win a prize pack! Must be in attendance to win. Draw will occur the day after the event. Winner will be contacted via email.
• Confirmation and Zoom link will be sent to participants by noon on Monday, August 17, 2026.
