Anne Mulaire is a Métis Fashion House that empowers women and inspires pride. Catherine Mulaire, Anne's Métis ancestor was born in Ile-à-La Crosse in 1843. Catherine embroidered in the « Lake Winnipeg small flower style ». From samples of Catherine%u2019s embroidery, still owned by her family, Anne was inspired to create the design she calls Catherine%u2019s Vine which she incorporates in her eco-friendly designs. Anne has been in business for 15 years and has received support from the Louis Riel Capital Corporation to expand her Enterprise. |
